Giving Back !!

Giving back is one of our key values at ZPI. Far too often people find themselves in tough financial positions and have to make tough and life-changing choices. There is far too much homelessness in America due to the lack of employment, sickness, drug abuse, or mental health.

Just like the homes we invest in, we what to see change and leave this world a better place for future generations.

 

So for each transaction, we donate to the charities below to help those in need. Those who may have lost a home, who now need help.
